My wife Kelly, daughters Kaitlin and Kristin, and I have lived in Roswell for 10 years. We live here for many of the same reasons as you; excellent schools, attractive neighborhoods, wonderful recreation and parks, and Roswell’s rich history. The best part about Roswell, however, is the people who live here. We are grateful for the people we have gotten to know over the years and sincerely count as friends.
I have had the privilege of serving on the Roswell City Council since January 2008. Prior to that, I served on the Roswell Planning Commission from 2005 to 2007. I have also served on both the Roswell Redevelopment Task Force and the Holcomb Bridge East Revitalization Task Force.
I have over 25 years of experience in architectural design and real estate. I am a partner with Concordia Properties, LLC, a real estate development firm based in the Roswell area. My responsibilities include company operations and overseeing the development, management, and financing of retail and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Concordia, I managed commercial projects for ARES and Mutual of New York, and developed senior living properties for EdenCare Senior Living Services. I began working in civil engineering while in high school, and started my architectural career in 1986 after earning a degree in architecture from the University of Virginia. In 1994, I graduated from the University of Georgia where I earned an MBA specializing in real estate.
I have the pleasure of serving on the leadership team for Hope Roswell and the Roswell Day of Hope, and I serve on the Roswell Remembers 9/11 committee. I am the chair of the Blue Ribbon Committee and served on the North Fulton Comprehensive Transportation Plan Stakeholders Committee. I am a member of Roswell Rotary, the Friends of Bulloch, the Roswell Historical Society, the Chattahoochee Nature Center and the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. My family and I attend North Point Community Church.
